Yes, New Orleans will hold an All-Star game on 16 February. NBA commissioner David Stern admitted, no longer thought to designate New Orleans as the host of the NBA.
"There is no better place to celebrate and hold the NBA game than in New Orleans, a city that has a tradition to hold the event," Stern said in a statement.
As usual, the NBA All-Star game itself will be filled by various events such as competitions slam dunk contest, three-point contest and also the match between second-year player with the debutante.
Meanwhile, the All-Star game itself takes place in Orlando this year and has previously been announced NBA All-Star game 2013 season will take place in Houston, Texas.
