AROUND the City of Paris with Bajaj may sound strange. Because, Bajaj is usually not found at all in the land of Napoleon Bonaparte's.
But now, travelers can enjoy India's transportation home. Because a young entrepreneur named Kheir Mazri launched a new transport service in Paris taxi named 'tuk-tuk'. This three-wheeled vehicles will become the new landscape that will adorn the city of Paris, France.
Form of transport is similar as bajaj in Indonesia and the 'tuk tuk' in Bangkok, Thailand. Public transportation is scheduled to begin operating this week with the launch of 24 pieces of 'tuk-tuk' and will serve passengers for 7 full days around the city of Paris. In addition there is also 150 station stops 'tuk-tuk' in Paris and the tourists can wait at these locations at a cost of 50 euro cents.
"Operating a fleet of public transport will be our starting early this week. If successful trial in Paris, we will expand to the rest of France, and even international scale, "said Mazri, as quoted by Reuters on Friday (12/23/2011).
Mazri also added at the beginning of the operation of public transport of passengers will not be charged or free.
