- North Korean leader's body (North Korea) Kim Jong-Il laid to rest in a
glass coffin surrounded by flowers, Tuesday, December 20 yesterday. Prospective successor, Kim Jong-Un, was present to pay tribute to his father. This indicates North Korea's transition will take place smoothly.
Now the people of North Korea was looking forward to substitute their great leader. Local media have even tout the figure of Kim Jong-Un as his successor. Youngest son Kim Jong-Il is even referred to as a glimmer of hope for North Korea.
Amid the mourning period in the Communist country, the people seemed to accept the figure of Jong-Un as successor Kim Jong-Il.
"We will transform sorrow into strength and work hard to build a prosperous country as requested our generals, led by Kim Jong-Un," said a resident of Pyongyang Un-hu son as quoted by the Associated Press, Wednesday (21/12/2011) .
Acceptance of Jong-Un also looked at the bodies of Kim Jong-Il for the first time be buried in a glass case full of flowers "Kimjongilia". At that time, Jong-un led the generals to pay homage to his father.
