Mi Lontong Sambal Kecap

material:
250 gr wet noodle
6 pcs lontong
8 pcs of fried tofu, cut into pieces
150 g bean sprouts, pour boiling hot water, drained
2 pcs cucumber, puree
3 tablespoons dried shrimp, roasted, mashed
1 stalk celery, finely chopped

Soy sauce:
6 pcs red chilli, finely sliced
4 pcs chili pepper, thinly sliced
Btr 4 red onion, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 btr lemon, take the water
250 ml boiled water

Complement:
Fried onions, for sprinkling
fried chips

How to Make:
- Flush wet noodles with hot water for a while. Remove and drain. Cut a round rice cake into pieces and set aside.
- Chili: Mix red chili, cayenne, onion, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir well and set aside.
- Tata rice cake and noodles in a bowl. Add the fried tofu, bean sprouts, and cucumber. Sprinkle with soy sauce, then sprinkle with dried shrimp, celery, and fried onions. Give fried chips.
