LONDON - Samsung started mengembar heralded a new application called "Easy Phone Sync". This application, users can transfer content from device to device IOS Apple Galaxy made by Samsung.
The software allows users to transfer music, video, podcasts, pictures, contacts and text messages from iPhone to Samsung devices, such as the Galaxy S III. This new application has been announced by Samsung Mobile UK on Friday.
"We are very proud to announce the launch of these new applications and can not wait to hear what users think about this application," said Vice President of Samsung Telecommunication and Networks UK Simon Stanford, as reported by Apple Insider, Sunday (24/06/2012).
Phone Easy Sync application, says Stanford, very easy to use. "We know that iPhone users are traditionally reluctant to move to Android devices because they can not use iTunes to manage their content. But with Easy Phone Sync, now people can enjoy the content on the iTunes Galaxy Samsung mobile phones, "he explained.
Samsung's use of third-party applications to transfer data is different from the approach taken by Palm (defunct), which was made in 2009 on the webOS operating system as a trick to iTunes "thinks" that the Palm smartphone is the iPod.
It also continues to trigger a battle with Apple that kept trying to block the webOS stop "deceptive" iTunes, and the Palm webOS also continue to issue updates to re-enable iTunes sync.
However, the Phone Easy Sync is a free application allows users to continue using iTunes software on their PC to manage music, videos, and podcasts. That is, when iTunes does not want any synchronization, applications Samsung will continue to get the latest iTunes content.
This new application is another sign of sharpening competition between Apple and Samsung. As is known, the two companies are currently involved in patent disputes around the world with lawsuits in 10 states. Phone Easy Sync is now being developed for Mushroom Media Android operating system is already available in Google's Play.
