MANCHESTER - Manchester United CEO David Gill said that Sir Alex Ferguson has been thinking about a plan to meet the competition next season, especially to restore the glory of United in the Premier League.
Gill also said that United had made a list of players who will be the main target to play at Old Trafford next season.
"He (Ferguson) is not getting enough sleep since that game. So also with us. He had been in the office on Monday morning and think about the preparation to be done next season, "Gill said, as reported by Skysports, Wednesday (05/16/2012).
"We have to get up now. We should not continue to look back and continue to feel sorry to myself. We have started making plans for next season. We will be back and I always believed with Fergie, "he continued.
Ferguson was named the best manager in the event the Premier League of 20 Season after winning 12 titles with the Reds. "He's still excited to be here. I am sure he will still continue for the next few years, "said Gill.
He had made the decision to retire a few years ago, but finally he decided not to take that decision. I think it's the right decision. Football is his life, "he said.
