LOS ANGELES - Harry Potter star, Daniel Radcliff most shining actor elected in 2011 by Entertainment Weekly magazine. He shifts the position previously occupied by Taylor Swift.
Editor Jess Cagle considers the actor's 22-year-deserved given the predicate.
