WITH background jagged sand dunes, backed by huge waves of the Great Sand Sea and oil palm plantations, an oasis amid tersembunyilah Egypt.
This oasis called Siwa Oasis. As reported by the BBC, Sunday (6/11/2011), Oasis is located 560 kilometers from the city of Cairo. Oasis is one of the most remote settlements in Egypt with a population of 30,000 people, mostly ethnic Berbers. Because remote inlah, Shiva culture somewhat different from other Egyptian culture.
Shiva became appropriate tourist spot for tourists who want to seek solace by immersing the feet in the pool while sipping tea or inhale shisha. Siwa consists of many springs pool, but the most famous of all these springs is Cleopatra Bath, which has very clear water and is a popular bathing spot for locals.
