Motegi - Casey Stoner will start leading the Japanese GP Sunday (02/10/11) tomorrow. Stoner will be followed Jorge Lorenzo and Andrea Dovizioso in the front row.
Stoner great performances in the qualification would make it very hard to beat in the race tomorrow. Stoner appear extraordinary in qualifying with a record time of 1:45,267 seconds. This is a new record lap at Motegi. Stoner's pole position to record his fourth consecutive or is the 10th of the season.
Qualifying became a battlefield between Stoner, Pedrosa and Lorenzo. From the beginning, all three involved fierce competition with the time difference is no more than 0.3 seconds.
Pedrosa became the first driver to record time of 1 minute 46 seconds. However, Stoner managed to respond with a faster time 0.2 seconds. This incident occurred many times in which Stoner has always responded to a record time of his rivals, especially Pedrosa and Lorenzo.
When qualifying stay 5 minutes longer, Lorenzo makes a great lap when Stoner took pole from once beat his own lap record at Motegi in 2008.
Once again, Stoner managed to respond with a phenomenal lap time recorded a new lap record at Motegi as well as displacing Lorenzo to the second position.
In the front row, Lorenzo followed by Andrea Dovizioso in third place. Dovizioso which is the pole position last year's winner Dani Pedrosa set aside to settle for fourth.
Ben Spies will be followed by Pedrosa in fifth and sixth Marco Simoncelli. Meanwhile, Valentino Rossi's success was ranked seventh.
