Apple Sues Online 2 Retailer Galaxy 10.1

CALIFORNIA - The war between Apple and Android continue, now turn to the online retailer was sued by Apple for selling the Samsung tablet in Australia.
Previously the court had decided to ban the sale Australia Galaxy Tab 10.1 for a while. Apple also managed to prevent the sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 in several countries. Similarly, as reported by Tech Eye, Friday (10/28/2011).
But the move was not considered useful, because most people start buying these tablets online.
Apple has sent a letter of legal threats on two online retailers, MobiCity.com.au and dMavo.co.au. Looks like Apple should try harder to bluff them.
A spokesman dMavo show that they will not be prevented to sell these tablets in Australia.
Meanwhile, Samsung has asked the Federal Court of Sydney to expedite the patent trial, they wanted to cancel the ban before the Christmas shopping season.
