Adriano Galliani confirmed that AC Milan will not contract permanenkan Alberto Aquilani and Maxi Lopez.
Milan borrow Aquilani from Liverpool last summer with an option to buy permanent worth 8 million euros.
Although the senior ranks of the Rossoneri are satisfied with the performance of Italian midfielder and sustain interest in the San Siro, they object to meet the transfer fee set by Liverpool.
"We will restore Aquilani before May 31, but we're going to re-negotiate with Liverpool in the month of June," said Milan's vice president told a news conference.
Meanwhile, Maxi Lopez brought from Catania with the same path as Aquilani to be a temporary coatings Antonio Cassano, but Milan felt that they had no need of his services again.
"We are satisfied with what has been pointed out, but we would not recruit him. Maxi will go back to Catania," said Galliani.
Maxi Lopez appeared 11 times and scored two goals in three competitions Milan the season 2011/12 yesterday.
Milan have confirmed the positive Bakaye Traore (Nancy) and Riccardo Montolivo (Fiorentina) next season.
