Pekanbaru - Riau PSSI Congress not only followed their members. Member of FIFA's Associations Committee Frank van Hattum and the Secretary-General (Secretary) Alex Sossay AFC also attended.
Envoy FIFA and the AFC are scheduled to land in Pekanbaru, Saturday (26/03/2011) around 10:00 am, after previously departed from Singapore. Both, according to PSSI General Secretary Nugraha Besoes, entry in the list of invitees.
They will monitor the direct process is scheduled congress selected 12 members of the Selection Committee and Appeal Committee. Both certainly have no voting rights and will not be involved in decision-making.
"They were invited as guests and only looked at the congress. They were not involved in decision-making," said Nugraha Besoes.
The plan, chairman Nurdin Halid will open the congress which was held at Hotel The Premiere, Pekanbaru, on at 19.30 pm.
