Having previously present in a limited private beta version of its spread, the fuel for the Windows Phone (WP) was officially launched for all mobile phone users the WP and according to plan in July 2014.
BlackBerry released the final version of BBM for WP on July 31 yesterday following the Android and iOS platforms which had already supported by the instant messaging application. This means that WP users will join the 85 million BBM users who have been active.
"With the increasing popularity of fuel, we are very pleased to have the opportunity to develop our applications for the Windows Phone platform," said John Sims, president of Global Enterprise Services BlackBerry, as quoted from a statement received on Friday (08/01/2014).
"BBM app for Windows Phone is a new chapter for the BBM service and we are very excited to be working with Microsoft to bring the fuel to the Windows Phone platform," he added.
The launch time is a bit off the mark from the previous allegations that mention WP fuel to be released on July 14 last. But it seems that time is meant for the private beta version.
Even so the final version of the fuel as planned to target BlackBerry released in July 2014.

We continue to work closely with various parties to bring applications required by users, both global and local developers."
