Vilanova: Barcelona Do not Need Striker

BARCELONA - Barcelona tactician Tito Vilanova claimed that Barca will not be looking for a striker in the summer transfer window. The coach who replaced Josep 'Pep' Guardiola preferred to strengthen the defense.

42-year-old coach revealed that he will keep the squad Pep Guardiola. Revelation that he spoke at a news conference for the first time in preparation for the season through 2012-13.

"The presence of Villa is a pleasant surprise. It's clear that he has been working hard. We all hope that he will return in the near future. He is an important player for this team," Vilanova closed.
