College graduates in Tibet Not There is Idle

Lhasa - By 2011, all college graduates in Tibet, managed to get a job.
The claim was presented local officials. Based on the data, the number of college graduates in Tibet last year, as many as 16,600 students. Tibet Autonomous Region has six universities and colleges, with the majority of graduates are ethnic Tibetans.
This is a feat in itself considering the job market in Tibet is very difficult and many college graduates are unemployed. This increase is the result of efforts of the Tibetan government in expanding job market for educated youth.
In 2006 to 2010, college graduates in Tibet average only 84 percent. This year, the government did make a number of innovations. Government offers cash incentives to graduates who are employed by private companies.
The
government also promised to reimburse tuition or student loan money to
remove the ones that worked in the private sector for over five years.
This innovation allows you to lure college graduates to work. Because,
in the past, the majority of college graduates working in the
government sector (PNS) or choose to wait unemployed vacancy in the seat
of government.

Local
officials have also encouraged college graduates to work in the
province inland by following the job fair which followed 100 companies
in the prosperous coastal regions such as Guangdong, Fujian, and
Zhejiang.
Currently,
the rate of college participation Tibetans were at 23.4 percent,
slightly lower than the national average of 26.5 percent. The government plans to increase the participation of higher education in Tibet to 30 percent within five years. This means that three out of ten Tibetan students will enter college in 2015.
