Apple & Amazon Still fuss 'App Store'

CALIFORNIA - The dispute between Apple and Amazon for some time related continuing trademark infringement. According to news from GigaOM, Appe Amazon has changed its complaint against the existence of 'false advertising'.
According to Apple, IOS has been synonymous with the words 'App Store', so if it is used by Amazon would create confusion in the public and detrimental to Apple and sold them.
Meanwhile, Amazon (including Microsoft and Google) argues, 'app store' is actually just a generic term, for any distribution of the online portal applications and Apple can not patent.

As for the accusations 'false advertising', derived from the Amazon Kindle Fire. According to the filing of Apple, Amazon has emphasized identifier Android tablet with advertising for a low price. No name calling Android, Apple claims allow for confusion between the 'App Store' and 'AppStore'.
It could be the emergence of the Kindle Fire, seen as a significant threat in the tablet market, though not quite as influential for the iPad. But with the price of USD199, cut most of the market is quite deep and create approximately USD300 cheaper than the iPad the cheapest prices.
Perhaps it was thought by Apple, and the dispute is more than just the 'app store'.
