Dr. Hoskin said that this climber frog species live in the rocks and appeared on the surface only when it rains in the rainy season. "You can see the waterfall rocks, and saw these frogs emerge from the rocks," he said.

In addition, Hoskin also said that not many creatures that live in these unusual habitats. "There are frogs, lizards, spiders and some insects," he said.

Hoskin explained that the frogs eat the ants climbing as a food source and lay its eggs near the rocks.

"Most of Australia's frog measuring only 2 inches long, but the frogs of this type can reach 5 inches in size," concluded Dr. Hoskin.
