Again, China urges Japan to Give Info Nuclear Crisis


BEIJING - The Chinese government again asked Japan to release information about Japan's nuclear crisis after increased levels of alertness to the highest level in the nuclear crisis.

The Chinese government has repeatedly asked Japan more transparent in providing information on the impact of the nuclear crisis in Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant in northeastern Japan.

"We hope the steps taken by Japan will ease the crisis effectively. We also expect Japan to provide information in a timely, appropriate and complete, "said Foreign Ministry Spokesman China Hong Lei was quoted as saying by AFP on Tuesday (12/04/2011).
