MELBOURNE - The two free practice sessions ahead of the Australian GP has been completed on Friday (25/03/2011) this. As a result, Red Bull and McLaren to be the team that dominated the two exercises.
But the Ferrari driver Fernando Alonso is still not too worried this result. for Alonso, the free practice I and II is not an absolute measure to assess the course of the race on Sunday (27/03/2011), later.
Red Bull went on to become the fastest in the first session with Mark Webber put in the top spot, followed by Sebastian Vettel. While McLaren stomping in the second session, Jenson Button as the fastest, followed by Lewis Hamilton.
"Everything can not be predicted and no one can be expected. It's only two free practice results and difficult summarizes whom a relatively strong team,"said Alonso was quoted as Autosports.
"This morning a good race with Red Bull and McLaren took over the afternoon shift. With us and Mercedes, it becomes exciting. While Williams and Renault also looks very competitive,"added Alonso.
Alonso himself quite satisfied with the results obtained in these two practice sessions. Spaniard managed to secure a good position three on the first session, or both.
