The 3D phenomenon is not only limited to movie theaters and big budget blockbusters, but this technological evolution is now making its way into our homes, with televisions, satellite channels, computers etc. and in the near future, the entire face of the entertainment industry could easily be altered to a more state of the art form. Today’s cutting edge 3D technology is able to refine the pictures and sounds to such a larger extent, that the distinction between an electronically generated image and an actual one has become nearly impossible to specify. Though Virgin has already launched a 3D Movies On Demand service, which is a pay per view service, Sky’s own 3D TV will be providing the consumers with regular TV programming in 3D format, without the pay per view stipulation.

  • LG Introduces The All New Full HD 3D Notebook, LG A510: The 3D technology has now been taken to a whole new level, as one of the biggest consumer electronics manufacturer, LG Electronics, has now announced the all new LG A510, a full HD 3D notebook, that will significantly enhance computer entertainment and the device is also capable of converting 2D into 3D content, via the use of TriDef software. The LG A510 notebook is powered by an Intel Core i7 processor and comes with an astounding NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 425M graphics card with 1GB of dedicated DDR3 video memory. The 3D notebook features a 15.6 inch Full HD 3D LED LCD display, along with a LED finger print reader, thus making the notebook ultra secure.
